🌙 SEXUALITY & PREFERENCES: Rui is not actually sure. She hasn't really discovered for herself who she's really attracted to because of her hermit lifestyle and lack of wanting to talk to people in general. She may have to try a thing or two. 🌙 PHYSICAL AFFECTION: 🌙 HUGGING: She'd be incredibly surprised but might be alright with it. 🌙 KISSING: Kissing might be really fun. 🌙 FLIRTING: She'd be bewildered, and a bit awkward and uncomfortable at first, hopefully she'll ease into that. 🌙 RELATIONSHIPS: Rui is transgender. She doesn't have good relationships in her canon at all and she will definitely need to make friends and get close to people and of course be comfortable with someone before she takes that next step. 🌙 PHYSICAL VIOLENCE: She's stronger than she looks and she can defend herself. 🌙 DEATH: Ask first. 🌙 OFF LIMITS: She doesn't want to talk about her family. You can, but she will be uncomfortable. She's also uncomfortable discussing her transition.

🌖 FIRST IMPRESSIONS (OPTIONAL)

🌙 VISUAL: Rui is 5'6" and very thin and lithe. She's got big wide eyes only accented by her glasses. She's 19 years old. She has a tattoo of a skull on her left collarbone. 🌙 FASHION: Rui wears very long, flowing wigs in a variety of coulours, not just natural ones. She matches her glasses to her clothes. She always wears dresses, either in a cute or punk style. Her skirts are mostly short, but she doesn't emphasize her lack of cleavage. She often wears high heels and she's always dressed to the nines. Her hands are perfectly manicured, and she wears makeup. 🌙 DEMEANOR: Rui is shy and mousy for the most part. She doesn't do well with face to face interactions, unless people are harming others or doing something like advocating for authoritairanism. She can get loud and voice her opinion in those moments, but she ultimately backs down for the moment if she gets shouted down. Outside of that, she accepts what comes her way. She can be very passionate in moments, but for the most time she seems timid and this gets worse the worse Rui is treated. She can be much more forceful when she is behind anonymity. 🌙 SOUND: Her voice is a bit on the deep side for a girl, but not overly so. She tries to soften her tone a little bit. She can be heard here, from the first season. A lot of this confidence has been swallowed up by the second when she has lost her anonymity and is forced into the spotlight. 🌙 SCENT: Rui prefers creams and lotions that have a citrus scent and she will always smell fresh and clean. She's very meticulous about her grooming. 🌙 MENTAL ABILITIES/DEFENSES: She has no skills in this area, and if she were connected to other NOTE users, she could speak to them telepathically when transformed. 🌙 MAGICAL ABILITIES/DEFENSES: She's a electric power user. She can teleport, presumably all over the island on her own. She can actually teleport others if she's transformed. She has a magical girl transformation. She can project a digital avatar of herself. She can also seemingly vanish from sight as long the people around her don't carry NOTEs. She's not particularly weak to anything but once overpowered, her powers crumble completely, leaving her vulnerable. The easiest way to damage her is by damaging her NOTE. 🌙 PHYSICAL ABILITIES/DEFENSES: She's not actually physically strong, she relies on her powers to fight. CROWDS: Rui can share her power, and subsequently take it away, to manifest a person's will as an avatar in the real world. While it's used through an app she created in world, the app is not necessary - it just gave her a reach to people she couldn't see. She can summon her own and draw it out of others when they are in proximity to her. This does not render the person unconscious like one might assume, but allows them to act with what is essentially a clone of them despite the digital looking form. The avatars don't have much strength but they can teleport to other areas through projection.

Teleportation: Outside of her Gatchaman suit, she's able to teleport to places in danger along with her CROWDS avatar, although no one else she gifts the power to can, only their avatar.

Amnesia Effect/Amnesia Remind: Under the influence of Amnesia Effect, she can only be seen with someone who has a NOTE themselves, rendering her essentially invisible. Amnesia Remind cancels this effect.

Magical Girl Transformation: Although her outfit looks closer to a Gundam than a magical girl outfit, it is in fact a magical girl transformation. She holds her note in one hand and says "Bird, Go", and she appears in her suit. Although it's metal and robotic looking, she is no bigger than she was in the first place.

Gatchaman Teleportation: She can teleport short distances easily and with the ring on her back she can teleport her allies to the fight as well. A longer distance requires an electric connection, and Rui will use X to hack into their phones and call every phone in the area until one picks up. She'll appear then with a burst of electricity and be able to teleport her companions. While phones are her method of choice she can teleport any distance through any electrical device, as long as she knows it's there, which is what makes the phones more popular. She can hack into a cell network to do it.

X Saucer: A small circular device normally on the hip of her Gatchaman can be held out in front of one hand and it will spin, sending electric attacks at those she's fighting.

Digitize: An area of effect attack that send electricity about in a fairly small radius, perhaps ten feet.
